POPPY SEED CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, cubed
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

In skillet cook turkey, onion and green pepper until turkey is not pink. Drain liquid, stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cook noodles and drain. In bowl combine cheeses, yogurt and poppy seeds, toss mixture with hot noodles. Layer 3/4 noodle mixture into 13x9 inch pan. Spoon meat mixture over the center of the noodles leaving a 2 inch border. Layer rest of noodles over center of meat leaving a 2 inch border. Bake covered in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
