TURKEY - POPPY SEED CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground raw turkey
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 tbsp. poppy seed

In large skillet, brown ground turkey, onion and green pepper, until turkey is not pink. Drain off liquid. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cook noodles and drain. In small bowl, mix Neufchatel cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream or yogurt and poppy seeds. Toss mixture with noodles. layer 3/4 of noodle mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan or smaller. Spoon meat over center, leaving a border. Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serves 8.
