POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer, boiled, deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. broth

Place chicken in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Crush 1 roll of Ritz crackers, sprinkle over mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon poppy seed (optional). Drizzle 1 stick of butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serves 10 to 12.
