ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 doz. tortillas
2 sm. pkg. cream cheese
2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
Salt & pepper
3 cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. grated cheese
1 can sliced olives

Saute onion, green pepper and meat. Add tomato sauce, chili powder and salt and pepper. Spread tortillas with cream cheese. Place tortillas layer at a time in baking dish. Cover each layer with meat and sauce mixture. Sprinkle cheese and olives on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
