MOCK ENCHILADA 
1 lg. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic or garlic powder
2 cans chili beans
2 cans whole corn
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. can El Pato hot sauce
4 c. crushed Doritos
1 c. grated cheese
Whole pitted olives
1 sauce can water

Brown meats, onion, garlic. Add salt and chili powder. In bowl mix tomato sauce and El Pato sauce (add more salsa if you like). Add 1 can water. Use a large casserole to alternate layers, meat mixture, beans, corn, Doritos. Pour tomato, El Pato sauce mixture over all. Poke with a knife (don't stir). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with cheese and olives. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 10-12.
