MY FAMILY'S FAVORITE CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
4 chicken breasts, boned & split
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. water
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and top with cheese. Thin soup with water and mix until smooth. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
