NO-PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless), cut in pieces 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can fat-free beef broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained Combine all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is done. Serve over noodles or rice. |
