1 c. regular rice 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 whole fryer chicken, cut up 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Place rice, milk and soups in 9x13-inch baking dish; stir well. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 300°F for 2 hours. Do not peek! Submitted by: Christina Edwards |
