QUICK AND EASY PEACH COBBLER 
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans sliced peaches, cut up (reserve juice from 1 can)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix Bisquick and both sugars. Cut in butter. Form well and pour in one can of juice and mix 'til just moist.

Spray 8x8-inch glass pan with non-stick cooking spray (I use butter flavor Pam). Pour both cans of cut-up peaches into pan. Drop mixture on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden (or darker if you prefer).

Serve warm with French vanilla ice cream... Or cool to room temperature and let the guys go at it.
