QUICK PEACH COBBLER 
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Place peaches in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle sugar and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together, then add beaten egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Pour the melted butter over the crumb mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until crusty and brown.

Can serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
