QUICK PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 lg. can peaches

Mix all of the ingredients together except for the peaches. Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan then open the peaches and pour juices and all over the mixture and put in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven. The cobbler is done when it is golden brown and springs back when touched. Great covered with ice cream or brandy sauce and it is only about $2.00 to make.
