BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut in strips
1 med. onion, diced
1 can sliced mushrooms (6 oz.)
1 lg. can tomato sauce (303 size)
1 carton sour cream
2 c. rice

Brown onion in oil. Add meat, cooked until tender. Add mushrooms and tomato sauce. Just before serving, stir in 1 carton sour cream. Serve over cooked rice.
