A DIFFERENT BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1 c. sour cream
Flour to coat
4-6 servings cooked rice

Cut round steak into 1 x 3 inch strips. Coat strips with flour. Brown strips in butter. Add water to cover. Simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours until tender, adding additional water as needed. Let water cook down near end of simmering. Then add soup and sour cream. Warm until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
