MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can red wine or water
1 c. sliced mushrooms

Brown chops well on both sides. Stir into pan the soup and wine or water. Add mushrooms. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Great served with rice. Serves 4.
