MUSHROOM-STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. mushroom pieces
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. raisins (soaked)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 double pork chop

Combine ingredients for stuffing; stir to blend. Split meaty part of chop down to bone; do not split through bone. Fill with stuffing; secure with poultry pins. Place on baking sheet. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Turn once. Yield: 1 chop. Exchange 1 ounce 1 high-fat meat, calories 1 ounce: 109.
