PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
Pork chops
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Pepper to taste
Parsley
Sliced mushrooms

Wash pork chops, place in skillet with small amount of water and bring to boil. Add pepper, parsley, add sliced mushrooms; simmer. Stir in cream of mushroom soup slowly. Cover pan. Simmer about 2 - 2 1/2 hours on low, until very tender.
