PORK CHOPS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
4 to 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
Paprika

Brown mushrooms in butter in large skillet. Remove mushrooms; brown chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add water, Worcestershire and mushrooms. Cover; simmer over low heat 40 minutes. Remove chops to platter; keep warm.

Mix flour and water; add to juices and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Pour over chops. Sprinkle with paprika.
