MIKE'S PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
Pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup (not diluted)
Sliced onions
Sliced mushrooms

Brown chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in casserole. Pour soup over chops. Top with onion and mushroom slices. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
