PORK CHOPS IN CHICKEN/MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
8 (1/4-inch thick) pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper

Mix soups together. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of pork chops. Place pork chops in ovenproof casserole dish. Pour soup over top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Serve the gravy over mashed potatoes.
