FAST FRIED CHICKEN WHITE GRAVY 
4 cups whole milk
1 cup cream
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/8 cup diced chives
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon pepper
3 chopped cloves of garlic
a pinch of sage

In a large saucepan cook onions, chives, and garlic in the butter until onions are translucent. DO NOT BURN BUTTER.

Add flour; stir for about a minute. Quickly whisk in milk and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Whisk gravy constantly until it becomes thick and creamy.

Great with fried chicken, potatoes, pot pie fillings, and many others!

I would add some "Better Than Bouillon" Chicken Bouillon Paste. It's great for any chicken gravy and definitely tastes better than the powder or cube bouillon. Makes any chicken gravy much richer and intense flavor
