First bread and egg pork chops and brown in skillet with 1 teaspoon of oil. Remove pork chops and place 2 cups of sliced mushrooms in skillet and brown. Remove mushrooms and use a prepared brown gravy mix. Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat 5-10 minutes.
