EASY CHEESY ARTICHOKE DIP | |
2 cans artichokes, drained and chopped 1 (16 oz.) container dairy sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese fresh ground black pepper, to taste Mix all ingredients together. Bake in baking dish sprayed with cooking oil (to make clean up easy) or in a disposable aluminum cake pan. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with crackers, crostini or raw vegetables. Note: reduced fat or fat free sour cream and mayonnaise may be used to reduce calories. Submitted by: Elly Chiong |
