PEPPERMINT STICK ICE CREAM | |
1/2 lb. peppermint stick candy 2 cups light cream 2 cups two-day-old heavy cream Grind or crush the candy. Heat the light cream until a film shines on top. Add the candy and allow it to stand at least 12 hours. Then combine with the heavy cream and freeze according to your freezer's directions. Makes about 1-1/2 quarts. Submitted by: Belle |
