PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM PIE 
1 chocolate cracker crust
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 to 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. crushed Brach's peppermint pieces, crushed with hammer
Semi-sweet chocolate bits

Soften ice cream. Mix in Cool Whip and crushed peppermint. Pour into pie shell. Top with semi-sweet chocolate bits. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Take out about 5 minutes before serving so you can cut it.
