PEPPERMINT PATTY PIE 
3 tubs of Cool Whip
2 packages cream cheese
43 peppermint patties
1/2 cup sugar
2 graham cracker crusts

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30 minutes. Chop up 30 peppermint patties in a blender or chopper of some sort.

Mix together cream cheese, chopped peppermint patties, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 of the Cool Whip tubs.

Spread mixture evenly in the pie crusts. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Garnish each slice with a 1/4 of a peppermint patty.

This makes 2 pies.

This pie is delicious. We cut the recipe in half because we only made 1 pie. The only thing we did different was added some extra peppermint patties, 1 tsp of peppermint extract for more peppermint flavor, and some red food coloring to give it a pink look. My husband LOVES it!
