PEPPERMINT PATTY PIE | |
3 tubs of Cool Whip 2 packages cream cheese 43 peppermint patties 1/2 cup sugar 2 graham cracker crusts Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30 minutes. Chop up 30 peppermint patties in a blender or chopper of some sort. Mix together cream cheese, chopped peppermint patties, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 of the Cool Whip tubs. Spread mixture evenly in the pie crusts. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Garnish each slice with a 1/4 of a peppermint patty. This makes 2 pies. Submitted by: Debra Keyser |
