PEPPERMINT - FUDGE PIE 
24 Oreo cream sandwiches, finely crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. crushed peppermint stick candy

Combine crumbs and butter; press into 9 inch pie pan. Chill. Melt 3 cups marshmallows in double boiler over hot water with milk. Stir until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix until well blended. Fold in whipped cream, remaining marshmallows and candy. Pour into crust. Chill until firm. Freezes well. 8 servings.
