OATMEAL FUDGE DROPS 
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a 2 quart casserole, melt butter 45 seconds. Add sugar, milk, cocoa, and salt. Mix together thoroughly. Cook 3 1/2-4 1/2 minutes (when mixture comes to a good boil, usually after about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes - then cook for 1 minute more at a rolling boil.) Add remaining ingredients in order listed and stir until mixture starts to thicken. Drop quickly by teaspoons onto a wax paper lined pan. If mixture is crumbly, it was over cooked. Makes about 5 dozen.
