OATMEAL-FUDGE BARS 
1 (16 oz.) golden pound cake mix
2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix (dry), oats, brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter and the eggs; reserve. Heat chocolate chips, milk and 2 tablespoons butter over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Spread 2/3 of the reserved cake mixture in ungreased rectangular pan, 13"x9"x2"; spread with chocolate mixture. Drop remaining cake mixture by spoonfuls onto chocolate mixture; sprinkle with nuts.

Bake until light brown, about 30 minutes; cool. Cut into 2" x 1 1/2" bars. 24 bars.
