SQUASH PUDDING 
3 qt. cooked squash
6 egg yolks & whites for topping
2 cans condensed milk
2 blocks butter
4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vanilla flavor
1 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Blend squash in blender after steaming the hole squash, peel and take center out. Add all ingredients. Bake
