SQUASH PUDDING | |
1 pt. squash pulp 1 pt. milk 1 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs, separated 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 c. sugar Mix squash, milk, spices. Add beaten egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Fold in egg whites beaten stiff. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Delicious warm from the oven with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. |
