BEEF AND RICE SUPREME 
2 servings Minute Rice
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (19 oz.) Campbell's chunky beef soup
1 tsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/2 tomato, cut in thin wedges

Prepare rice as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook onion and celery in butter, in saucepan until tender. Add soup, soy sauce and tomato, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice. 2 servings.
