BEEF STROGANOFF SUPREME 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 c. sour cream

Cut meat in 1/4" strips and coat with flour and salt. Brown in butter in skillet. Saute sliced mushrooms in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Cook 20 minutes or until meat is tender. Add sour cream last 10 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
