“SHERRY'S BEEF STROGANOFF” IS IN:

SHERRY'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lg onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. canola oil
8 oz beef strips
2 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup lite sour cream
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 oz wide noodles

In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onion. Cook until softened, set aside. Coat beef strips with flour. Heat remaining oil in same skillet.

Cook beef strips on medium heat 4 minutes. Put strips aside. Drain fat from pan.

Add onion, mushrooms, cook 1 minute. Add sour cream and beef strips. Cook 2 minutes.

Cook noodles as directed, drain. Toss beef strips and veggies w/ noodles.

I've been using this recipe for years and my family loves it. I've always just used ground beef and modified the ingredient amounts to handle a lb or more of it. Tonight I'm going to try with steak and see how it turns out. Thanks for the recipe Sherry!
