HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 env. sour cream mix
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cooking sherry

Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour and next 4 ingredients. Add 1 cup water and mushrooms with liquid. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Combine sauce mix with milk; stir into meat mixture. Add wine, heat through. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
