CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
Cake mix

Mix your cake mix. Cook in 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar (10X)
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift powdered sugar and lay aside. In saucepan over low heat - mix 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons of milk, 3 tablespoons of cocoa. Don't boil. Pour mixture over powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Add 1 cup of chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put icing on cake hot and smooth. Cool before cutting.
