CHOCOLATE TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
3 sticks butter
8 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. milk
1 sm. pkg. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil 2 sticks butter, 1 cup water and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Take from heat and add 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat in 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes on greased 17 x 11 x 1 inch pan.

Icing: Bring to boil 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons milk. Take from heat and add confectioners' sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and nuts. Pour on hot cake.
