2 c. flour
2 stick soleo
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together flour and sugar. Boil together butter, water, and cocoa and pour over the mixture of flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees in an 11 x 17 inch pan.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Boil together cocoa, milk, and butter. Pour over powdered sugar and add vanilla and nuts.
