1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Place butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in powdered sugar. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread on cake.
