CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH INSTANT
ICING
 
1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into 3 (9-inch) round cake pans.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine ingredients and mix well. Spread between layers of cake and finish frosting entire cake. Keep refrigerated.
