PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. pinto beans, cooked (no seasoning)
3 tbsp. water
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut (angel flake)
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
2 sticks butter, melted
3 pastry shells

Mash beans, add water, eggs, sugar and butter. Add flavoring, nuts and coconut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
