PINTO BEAN PIE II 
1 c. pinto beans, cooked
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. pecans, crushed
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Beat eggs and add sugar. Continue beating and stir in remaining ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes two pies.
