BEEF AND BEAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Sm. onion, diced
1 can green beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Drain green beans; put into meat mixture. Add tomato sauce to meat and beans; stir. Set aside. Unroll crescent dough; line an 8 or 9 inch pie pan with dough, forming the edges as regular pie crust. Fill pie crust with meat mixture. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned. Let set for five minutes for easier cutting. Cut into pie shaped wedges. Makes 6 servings. Green pepper and mushrooms may be added.
