IMPOSSIBLE HAM 'N SWISS PIE 
2 c. cut up, fully cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie pan. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute, with hand mixer. Pour into pie pan. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then serve. Serves 6.
