BROKEN PIEROGI 
1/2 lb. rigatoni noodles, cooked & drained
5 med. potatoes, cooked in the jackets
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped

Peel and dice potatoes while hot. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the potatoes and add the rigatoni over them. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese to melt. Saute onion in the butter and pour over the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
