PEANUT BUTTER CORN FLAKE BARS
1 c. sugar 1 c. corn syrup 1 c. peanut butter 6 c. corn flakes Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, then remove from heat. Add peanut butter and mix in until melted. Place corn flakes in a bowl and pour mixture over them, then place in a 9x13 pan (buttered) until cooled. Cut into bars, eat, and enjoy!

This is a very good recipe, to Lisa Gerlach I'd say some green food colouring.

In case you need to make them green for Easter then add some food coloring to the sugar and corn syrup mixture, I am sure it will do the trick.

These are my favorite cereal bars. I made them with maple syrup since that is what I had in the pantry. WONDERFUL!!! A friend of mine made this same recipe using Honey Nut Cheerios then melted chocolate chips on top --- a very delicious variation. Certainly a favorite in my house!!
