2 c. ham chunks
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions into plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.

Can freeze ham chunks on cookie sheet and use when needed. After frozen, place in Ziploc bag and keep handy.
