2 c. ham, cut-up
1 c. cheese, shredded
1/3 c. onion, chopped
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in greased, 10-inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high with mixer). Pour into plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
