QUICK AND EASY CHEESE BREAD | |
1 egg 3 3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick or other) 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 3 oz.) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Beat egg in a large mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed 1/2 minute. Pour batter in pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool. Can be served immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours. To reheat wrap in foil and heat on oven rack at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
