CRAB ON ENGLISH 
3 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash onion salt
6 oz. crabmeat
1 pkg. English muffins

Shred Cheddar cheese. Mix with softened butter-butter, mayonnaise, onion salt and crabmeat. Spread on English muffins. Cut muffin into quarters or sixths - can freeze at this point on foil trays - OR - bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Can bake frozen at 250 degrees approximately 30 minutes.
