COUNTRY HASH 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3 c. cold roast pork, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan, add bread crumbs and stir well. Add milk and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; add meat, onion, seasonings and eggs. Place in a buttered baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
